Lisa C. Sellars - Massage Therapist, Energy Practitioner, Intuitive Coach
In my desire to be effective and fair not only to the therapist but to all of my clients' time, I kindly ask that you give at least a 24 hour advance notice when cancelling and/or changing your appointment. Cancellations/changes with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to partial or full charge for the session scheduled. Payment will need to be received prior to confirming your next appointment. Voucher/Gift Certificates will be voided.
If you are sick, please call so that we can reschedule your appointment. No one wants to be exposed to contagious germs. Please stay home and rest!
Arriving late . Aura Healing Arts will do its best to accommodate and honor your full session, but if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate that day's schedule. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session booked. Please plan accordingly. It is advisable to arrive approximately 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late and have not contacted the office via text or phone call you will be considered a no-show.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment time will be considered a “no-show”, and will be charged the scheduled session price for their “missed” appointment. Payment will need to be received prior to rescheduling your next appointment. Voucher/Gift Certificates will be voided.
We thank you for honoring your scheduled appointment time.
Always inform the Therapist of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a Doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for Massage or Bodywork.
Aura Healing Arts and its' therapists do not diagnose, or claim to treat, heal or cure disease.
