Lisa C. Sellars has been a practitioner  for 30 years.     Lisa specializes in an holistic approach that inspires and encourages the body's natural healing abilities.  Sessions are therapeutically skillful and intuitive to optimize results for a greater sense of well-being.    A variety of specialized techniques and modalities may be used to allow every session to be an uniquely personal healing experience.   Lisa helps her clients to live more mindful, stress-free and pain-free lives!   Lisa offers hands on sessions in Savannah and Pooler,  as well as private Intuitive Empowering Coaching sessions and workshops.    

Lisa C. Sellars  is a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Georgia (MT004082), a certified member with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional and a member of the International Sound Healers Association.

EDUCATION:  Lisa attended Interface College in Watertown, MA where she was introduced to Massage, Shiatsu and Acupressure.  She attended the New England Institute for Polarity.   Afterwards she moved to Southern California and continued to study Energy Healing, Polarity and Cranial Sacral therapy at the Acu-Polarity Institute and at IPSB, the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing.   She also attended Southern California School of Massage completing a course of postgraduate Holistic studies and received certification as a Massage Therapist.   She has also studied with the International Institute of Reflexology, and the Upledger Institute.
